About us
Tsintsa is a digital agency helping businesses work properly online.
How we started
Tsintsa started as a small team building websites. Over time it became clear the work does not end with a website - a client needs the whole digital side to function: the site, search, social channels and the internal processes behind them.
Our approach is simple: first understand what the business needs to do, then choose the technology. That is why one project runs on WordPress, another on Next.js, and on a third we will tell you not to build an app at all if a website is enough. More than 45 completed projects across retail, construction, education and services.

Mission, vision and values
Mission
Give businesses digital tools that actually produce revenue - not just ones that look good.
Vision
Small and mid-sized businesses should have the same quality of digital product as large companies, at a price they can afford.
Values
Transparent timelines, a clear price, and a straight answer even when the client would rather hear something else.
How a project runs
Discovery and analysis
We ask about the business, the competition and the goals. This stage often reveals that the project you need is not the one you came in for.
Planning and design
We define the structure and produce the visual concept. Changes are cheap to make here and expensive to make later.
Development
We build the product and show progress as we go, so there is no surprise at the end.
Launch and support
We ship the project, run a training session and stay reachable for updates and technical questions.
What working with us means
You talk to the people building it
Not to an account manager who relays your words to a developer afterwards.
Deadlines we actually keep
We name a date after measuring the work. If something changes, you hear about it in advance.
Technology chosen by need
We will not sell you the most expensive solution. If a simple tool solves it, we say so.
Support after launch
Handover is not the end of the relationship - technical questions still get answered.
