Common questions about pricing
How accurate is the calculator?
It shows a budget range, not a final price. The range is built from our own completed projects and current market rates. The exact figure is set after a consultation and a written brief.
Why does custom code cost more?
On WordPress most functionality already exists as a module - we pick one and adapt it. In a custom project the same feature is written from scratch. In return you get exactly what you need with no surplus code, and a noticeably faster site.
What is and is not included in the price?
The budget covers design, development, the selected functionality, launch and the support period you choose. Yearly running costs - hosting, domain, SSL and extended support - are separate, and the calculator lists them in their own column.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. The standard split is 50% up front and 50% on delivery. Larger projects are broken into stages: design, development, launch.
What if my project does not fit the calculator?
Get in touch. The calculator covers typical projects; if you need a system with unusual logic, heavy integrations or high load, we price it separately.
