Are iOS and Android billed separately?
With a cross-platform app both are one project; built natively, each platform is its own project.
How long does an app take?
A simple app takes 6-8 weeks, something mid-complexity 3-4 months. The exact timeline follows from the feature list.
Who owns the store account?
The developer account is opened in your name - the app is your property.
Do we need a separate backend?
If the data has to live on a server, yes; often an existing website API can be used instead.
