Who we are

tsintsa.ge and tsintsa.com are operated by Temur Tsintsadze (trading as “Tsintsa”), working as a sole individual. We are the controller of your personal data.

What we collect

We do not buy data and we do not collect more than a given feature needs.

• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), the service you are interested in, and your message.
• AI assistant (chatbot): the text of the conversation; and, if you choose to give them, your name, phone or email and a summary of your request.
• Account and client cabinet: email, password (stored only as a bcrypt hash), name and phone.
• Client records: once work begins - contact details, company, and records of projects, agreements and invoices.
• Technical data: your IP address, used to rate-limit the chatbot. It is held in the server's memory for one minute and is never written to the database.

Why we process it, and on what basis

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote - at your request, as a step before entering a contract.
• To deliver the work and invoice for it - performance of a contract and our statutory accounting duties.
• To measure how the site and our advertising perform - our legitimate interest in knowing which pages work; for personalised cookies, your consent.
• For security - to prevent spam and abuse.

Who it is shared with

We do not sell or trade your data. It is available to us and to the services the site technically runs on:

• Google (Google Ads) - conversion measurement. The site carries Google tag AW-18465698545. Google is told that a visitor who arrived from an ad submitted a form - not what the form said.
• Anthropic - the AI assistant processes the conversation through a Claude model. Please do not type anything into the chat that you would not want shared.
• Mail server - contact form submissions are emailed to info@tsintsa.ge.
• Hosting provider - the server that runs the site and its database.
• Public authorities - only where the law directly requires it.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep you signed in and hold your session - without them the client cabinet cannot work.

Advertising cookies are set by the Google tag and let us see which ad brought a client. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; ad personalisation can be turned off separately at Google's ad settings page (adssettings.google.com).

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages and chatbot enquiries for as long as the conversation is live. Financial records tied to clients are kept for the period Georgian law requires. Write to us and we will delete anything we are not legally obliged to retain.

Your rights

Georgia's Law on Personal Data Protection - and, for visitors in the EU, the GDPR - gives you the right to:

• ask what data we hold about you;
• have it corrected, updated or erased;
• withdraw consent you gave earlier;
• ask us to stop or restrict processing;
• receive your data in a machine-readable format.

Changes

When the site gains a new feature this page changes with it and the date above is updated. For significant changes we will notify registered users.
